Tasty Paneer Pulav



Ingredients:
Cooked Basmati Rice:-3 cups
Paneer Cubes:-10
Bay leaves:-2
Green chillies:-2
Chopped Onion:-2 cups
Turmeric Powder:-1/2 tsp
Black Pepper Powder:-1/2 tsp
Coriander powder:-1/2 tsp
Mint Leaves:-5
Coriander:-5 sprigs
Salt and chilli powder:-as per taste
Green peas:-1/2 cup
Cut beans:-1/2 cup
Chopped Carrot:-to garnish
Cashews:-3 tbsp
Oil:-3 tbsp
METHOD:
  • Cook beans and peas in microwave for 5 min.
  • Heat oil in a pan and add bay leaves.
  • Add chopped onions,green chillies and fry till brown.
  • Add cashews and paneer cubes and fry till brown.
  • Add semi-cooked beans and peas and stir fry.
  • Add turmeric powder,salt,pepper,chilli powder,chopped mint leaves and fry.
  • Finally add cooked rice and mix well such that masala is well coated to rice.
  • Garnish with carrot and coriander and serve hot.
